I will join to churches , governmental offices and relatives. Supporting you in translating documents and researching the past of your relatives.
The trip is very individual and depends on your needs and time. Offices and church places have restrict opening hours and need time to find the right documents. Apart of this i will take care of transport, food and accommodation.

Personal Tour Guide
Most people do their own research and spend hours in the internet to find the best spots and places. Once they arrive they hire cars and drive to the sights on their list. That is working but you need to invest time before and during your trip. Everybody who did this knows that it is not so relaxing. Driving, searching, not getting satisfied and so on.
Thats why a good guide can make your holiday much more relaxed and easy plus give you the opportunity to get know a country with a local, bringing you to places which are hard to identify in the internet.
With me as your personal guide you need to organize nothing. I will take over all the stressful part bringing you directly to the places, spots, restaurants, trails and so on.
I will drive you in my car, tell you a lot of stories and some jokes, let you have the best food and accommodation to your needs. So you tell me your budget, your wishes and i will present you a tour.
Unfortunately i need to earn some money as well. On the first look it seems to be high costs for "just" a tour guide. But when you calculate that you have to pay already around 50€ for a rental car per day plus gas and insurance and the stress of driving in Italy, my prices are very decent. Beside that everything i book for you will be 100% transparent. I don´t commissions or will forward them to you.
It is your tour and even it is a personal guided tour you can have your private time anytime. Whenever you like to explore a city by own or take a bath at the beach you can tell me to pick you once you ready. On the oppsite, if you like my company for dinner or any other tour event i will be available as long as you wish.
You can chose from the featured tour list or combine them or make a complete individual tour with me. You tell me what you like to focus on , f.e. ancient building & wine tastings and the budget you have. So i will plan a tour for those topics and present it to you. Hotels and restaurants i will select based on your budget. I always try to get a better price than you get on the internet.
Basically the happiness of my customers. Beside that i have a university degree for tourism and nearly 20 years of experience as a tour guide. I am born in Sicily and love my home island.
